Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the information and features provided by Vernam ("we," "us," or "the Company") through vernam.co.kr and related subdomains (the "Site"). By visiting the Site or submitting information through any form, you agree to these Terms.
2. Effect and Changes
- These Terms take effect when posted on the Site.
- We may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will provide advance notice through the Site. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before they take effect, and changes adverse to users at least 30 days in advance.
- If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may discontinue use of the Site.
3. Services
Through the Site, we provide:
- Information about the Company and our products
- Early Access registration
- Receipt and response to general inquiries
- Career information and intake of career-related inquiries
The Site does not directly offer sales of products or services or accept payments. When our products are formally released, separate terms may apply.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including text, design, code, logos, graphics, and images) and all related copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights belong to Vernam or its licensors.
Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or programmatically scrape the Site's content. Ordinary browser caching for personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted.
5. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Submit false information or impersonate others through any form
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Site (e.g., hacking, DDoS, unauthorized automated access, excessive traffic)
- Infringe the intellectual property, reputation, or privacy of the Company or any third party
- Transmit spam, malware, or inappropriate content through the Site

We may restrict access without prior notice if any of the above is confirmed, and may take legal action where appropriate.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through consultation.
Where amicable resolution is not possible, the courts having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, except where the user qualifies as a consumer and applicable law (including private international law) grants jurisdiction to the consumer's place of residence.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
